Having trouble welding?

I-CAR New Zealand is planning a MIG Steel Welding Training Day at their academy at unit 5 197 Montgomerie Road, Mangere, Auckland.

The day will run from 9.00am to 4.00pm and will cover the theory of MIG welding followed by hands on practice and coaching from an I-CAR welding instructor.

Lunch and refreshments for the day will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for intensive hands on training in welding techniques. The programme demonstrates automotive MIG Welding under controlled conditions and provides the hands-on opportunity to learn best practice for achieving good quality welds. Students will benefit from being coached by a qualified instructor who will show the skills required plus identify any bad habits. This training programme is ideal for those who are wanting to improve their MIG welding skills.

Successful completion of this course will allow a discounted practical test if completed within 6 months of the date of this course.

PLEASE NOTE: This course may be part of a block of courses set up for Apprentice Training. It can be used to assist with MITO PA 11
