Restraint System Diagnostics and Service is a 45-minute online course that identifies restraint system parts that should be inspected or replaced following a collision. You will have an understanding of the considerations for part replacement of the supplemental restraint system (SRS) following diagnostics and troubleshooting.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Understand the importance of identifying diagnostic trouble codes before disabling the supplemental restraints system
• Identify the supplemental restraints system and parts that should be inspected or must be replaced following a collision
• Understand the considerations for inspecting and replacing the restraints control module and impact sensors
• Identify which parts of an airbag should be inspected or must be replaced following an airbag deployment
