Performing an Initial Vehicle Inspection is a 45-minute course that provides an understanding of the initial customer consultation and vehicle inspection. Students will learn about common insurance policy requirements, photo documentation needs before teardown, and the steps to perform during an initial vehicle inspection. Identification of what impacts drivability as well as the importance of discussing and documenting these items with the vehicle owner is also covered within the course modules.
