In-Process Quality Control Checks is a 45-minute course that provides an understanding of quality control and why it is important during the repair process. Inspection items covered include structural repairs, seam sealer application, and the quality of welds and fasteners. Additional inspection items reviewed are exterior panel repairs, body filler and adhesive bonding application, sublet repairs, wiring and mechanical work, quality of the finish, and corrosion protection application.
