This Full Frame Steel Welding Hands-On Skills Development program allows students actual practice for building a simulated front end rail replacement prop. Students receive a theory introduction followed by a practice session, then they will assemble the prop. This requires setting up and tuning the welder using active CO2 gas for completing the joint configurations used by vehicle makers. The student will be graded on the weld quality plus correctly following the specific measurements and 11 different weld joints shown in the prop build specifications.

A current I-CAR MIG Steel Welding certificate is a pre requisite when registering for this hands-on course.
