This preparation for correctly analyzing damage to a vehicle’s air conditioning (A/C) system explains what items should be inspected, with basic fundamentals given on A/C system operation and parts. Your education will start with an overview of A/C parts and operation. You will look at damage analysis for both types of automotive A/C systems: accumulator and receiver/drier. Your understanding will be deepened through a discussion of types of refrigerant and oils.

After completing this course, you will be able to:
