Older models are available electronically from dealerships as part of the model service manual – usually at no cost to repairers buying parts.  Some models pre-2003 are still available as a hard copy of service manual.  Where available the cost is approximately $165 – $200 per manual.

Further collision repair technical information can be found in the I-CAR NZ Suzuki Collision Repair course.

We have had advice from Suzuki that most of the new Swift models are now equipped with a driver assist package including a radar device mounted just behind the grill.  If this is damaged or the mountings are bent then it requires calibrating.  Suzuki dealers now have the tool required to enable this.  You may need to allow for the additional cost of this calibration in any estimates.

The following information has been developed for I-CAR NZ with the help of motor vehicle dealerships.
